Automech Formula is the biggest annual exhibition serving the automotive industry in Egypt. Beyond Creation was appointed to build Automech Formula’s digital platforms from the ground up. Our solution focused on the exhibition website, social media strategy including exhibition coverage and media buying.

We took this task by its horns and invented a unique digital sponsorship and e-ticketing system with the aim of attracting both the sponsors and the consumers. We designed “digital sponsorship” packages on the website for exhibitors to use as a branding space - these ad spaces covered the majority of the digital media budget. On the consumer side, we introduced an “e-ticket” solution that enabled Automech Formula to open a new and reliable sales channel all the while building their own consumer database.
